This one time, [user=4]Romany Malco[/user] had me in this healthy juice spot, eating and drinking healthy, until I suddenly broke out with terrible hyves! Turns out, I am allergic to chia seeds. It was the first time I had a smoothie with those seeds in it. Not all healthy foods are healthy for everyone lol!

This is true! Lol...take an allergy test to see all that you are allergic it will be a helpful tool for when you do try smoothies or other foods!

No foods, not fabric or detergent, nothing. So now I just try foods a few times and if it doesnt work for me, I will stop eating it lol. Also, I know you can develop allergies over time. I never had hay fever, until I got in my 30s.
