We exists as multiple parts that come together as one. I look at these parts as physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual. Each part has its own function, but they all work together and support each other as a whole.

Through the use of our bodies, we have contact with the physical world around us. Out minds help us to process that world. Our souls help us, mind, body and spirit, to find support and restoration and help us connect to our Creator and to make meaningful connections with others. Psycho-social-spiritual growth includes healing, sustenance, reconciliation and guidance. This often happens in relationship.

Caring for the whole person rather than looking at ourselves as pieces and treating symptoms can allow us experience what it means to be well and whole.

My hope for this group is that you will experience rest, healing and restoration, freedom, wholeness and wellness. That you would encounter yourself, others and your Creator in a new and deeper way. For this to happen, this needs to be a place of openness and support without judgment.  less
